Taka Jewellery's Attributable Profit Surges 22% in Fiscal H1; Shares Up 3%

Taka Jewellery's (SGX:42L) profit attributable after tax to owners of the company rose 22% in the fiscal first half to SG$6.6 million from SG$5.4 million a year earlier, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.

Earnings per share in the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, rose to SG$0.0116 from SG$0.0096 in the comparable period.

Revenue was up 18% year over year to SG$83.1 million, driven by strong performance across all business segments.

Shares of the jewelry maker were up over 3% in recent trading.
