智通财经APP讯，金科服务(09666)发布公告，公司董事会于2025年2月13日获悉，公司主要股东金科地产集团股份有限公司(金科地产)实益拥有的1.08亿股该公司股份，将由金科地产管理人根据中华人民共和国企业破产法及其他适用法律法规，在重庆市第五中级人民法院的监督下进行公开拍卖，以清偿金科地产所欠Broad Gongga Investment Pte. Ltd.的债务。
拍卖股份先前由金科地产质押予Broad Gongga Investment Pte. Ltd.(金科地产的债权人及公司的控股股东成员)。于紧随拍卖后，金科地产于公司的持股将减少至5518万股股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总数约9.24%。董事预期拍卖将不会对公司的经营产生不利影响。
