Odaily星球日报讯 链上交易平台 Mintify 宣布收购 Magically，以扩大数字资产消费者应用生态，据悉这是 Mintify 首次重大收购，但未透露具体收购金额。据悉，Mintify 通过此次收购与 Redacted 团队建立战略关系，其以消费者为中心的链上产品和服务生态系统将得到进一步扩大。此外，Magically 用户和合作伙伴将能够参与 Mintify 的消费者应用生态系统，以及即将在 Solana 上推出的代币$MINT。
