新浪科技讯 2月14日下午消息，美团官方账号今日发文称，近日，一则“男子靠在网上卖标识牌匾非法牟利百万”的新闻受到关注。涉“必吃榜”“黑珍珠”等榜单荣誉造假行为，美团相关部门一直在重点治理。它不仅误导了用户，还扰乱公平诚信的营商环境，损害了榜单的公信力。2024年6月至今，美团线下治理了近150家违规或假冒使用“必吃榜”上榜荣誉的餐饮商家，线上治理商家数量达上千家，配合警方线下捣毁售卖“假奖牌”窝点一处，并成功抓捕涉案团伙。

　　去年11月，美团相关团队支持上海警方线下抓获了3名制造并销售假“必吃榜”“黑珍珠”牌匾的嫌疑人，现场起获了大量印有相关标识的假冒牌匾，该嫌疑人通过售卖上万个假冒“必吃榜”牌匾非法盈利一百多万。

　　美团称，从未曾授权任何网店使用、生产、储存、销售其公司注册商标的商品以及证明类产品。目前，美团已在全国重点城市开展持续治理工作，坚持“必吃榜”设立初衷，帮助消费者探索发现更多“好吃不贵体验佳”的优质餐厅。
