The company said it expects Q1 revenue of $2.19 billion to $2.23 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.29 billion.
Equinix expects full-year 2025 revenue of $9.03 billion to $9.13 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $9.44 billion.
The company expects 2025 AFFO of $36.69 to $37.51 per share. Analysts are looking for $37.90.
The company raised its quarterly dividend to $4.69 per share from $4.26, payable on March 19 to shareholders of record on Feb. 26.
Equinix shares were down more than 3% in after-hours trading.
