【三柏硕：调整回购股份方案 贷款金额不超过1990万元】金十数据2月13日讯，三柏硕公告，公司于2025年2月13日召开第二届董事会第七次会议、第二届监事会第七次会议，审议通过了《关于调整回购股份方案的议案》，同意将回购股份方案中回购股份资金来源由“公司自有资金”调整为“公司自有资金和自筹资金（含银行回购专项贷款等）”。除上述调整外，公司回购计划的其他内容未发生变化。公司已收到交通银行股份有限公司青岛分行出具的《交通银行股票回购贷款承诺函》，承诺对股票回购事项给予贷款支持，贷款金额不超过人民币1990万元，贷款业务期限1年，具体贷款事宜以双方签订的合同为准。
