创维集团预计2024年度溢利同比下降约35%
财中社2月14日电创维集团（00751）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日的年度溢利将较截至2023年12月31日的年度溢利下降约35%。此次预期下降主要由于公司需要对物业存货及其他存货计提减值准备，尤其是受到中国房地产市场持续低迷的影响。此外，公司智能系统技术业务板块的表现也将对业绩产生影响，主要是由于市场竞争加剧，智能终端产品的销售单价大幅下降，导致营业收入和毛利率同比下降。
