智通财经APP讯，中国天化工(00362)发布公告，鉴于近期市况及股份成交价，于2025年2月14日，公司与配售代理竞富证券金融有限公司共同友好同意终止有关以配售价0.1港元进行配售事项的配售协议。由于终止，各方于配售协议项下的所有权利及义务将告终结及终止，任何一方不得就配售协议向另一方提出任何申索。
公告称，终止配售协议对集团的业务营运并无重大不利影响。公司将进行进一步集资活动，以筹集资金偿还集团债务及用于其他必要用途。
