本田汽车和日产汽车正式终结了合并谈判，从而迅速结束了理论上本可以创建一个全球大型汽车制造商的可能性。

　　尽管将这两个品牌整合到一家控股公司旗下的计划已经泡汤，但两家公司周四表示，再加上三菱汽车，他们将继续保持战略合作伙伴关系，并在电池、自动驾驶、软件和电动汽车技术的内部开发方面展开合作。

　　交易失败的后果可能对双方都至关重要，尤其是日产，因为这家遭受重创的汽车制造商现在将不得不另外寻找生命线，来挽救其脆弱的财务状况。另一方面，本田至少保持了年度利润指引稳定。

　　另外，鸿海董事长刘扬伟周三表示，公司正考虑收购雷诺汽车持有的日产汽车36%股权，并已就潜在合作接触日本和本田。
