Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $737.7 million, up from $589.6 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $714.5 million.
For Q1, the company expects non-GAAP net income per share of $0.41 to $0.43 from revenue of $737 million and $741 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.46 from sales of $740.3 million.
For 2025, the company forecasts non-GAAP net income per share of $1.65 to $1.70 from revenue of $3.18 billion and $3.20 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.02 from sales of $3.24 billion.
Datadog shares were more than 8% lower in premarket trading.
