龙光集团债务重组获76.4%债权人支持
财中社2月13日电龙光集团（03380）发布公告，截止至2025年2月12日下午五时，持有公司境外债务本金总额的62.07亿美元中，约76.4%的同意债权人已加入整体债权人支持协议（整体CSA）。这一进展表明公司在债务重组方面取得了积极进展，得到了大多数债权人的支持。
公告中提到，早鸟CSA费用已于当天截止，同时公司诚挚邀请尚未加入整体CSA的境外债权人在2025年2月27日下午五时正前尽快加入。公司将继续推进整体债务重组方案，并将在可行情况下适时发布进一步的进展公告。
