北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）2月13日，中信银行发布公告表示，因可转换公司债券转股使该行股份总数增加，导致控股股东中国中信金融控股有限公司持股比例由65.87%被动稀释至64.95%，触及1%的整数倍，不触及要约收购。

　　中信银行于2019年3月4日公开发行了40000万张A股可转换公司债券（以下简称“中信转债”），每张面值100元，发行总额400亿元，期限6年。截至2025年2月12日，累计已有364.06亿元中信转债转为中信银行A股普通股，累计转股股数60.78亿股。
