智通财经APP获悉，美团-W(03690)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.22%，报160.2港元，成交额40.26亿港元。
消息面上，2月11日，京东外卖宣布“零佣金”招募餐饮商户入驻。花旗表示，虽然此举可能在短期内对美团的外卖收入和单位经济效益带来一定压力，但鉴于订单量和交易转化率，相信餐饮商户仍会依赖美团平台。此外，美团旗下KeeTa率先进军香港中东。国信证券预计远期KeeTa香港+中东有望贡献年化利润可达50亿元体量。
国信证券还指出，美团为本地生活龙头，一方面凭借丰富的线下场景、充足的线上线下商户数据和用户数据，积极内部孵化研究相关应用。另一方面，美团积极涉足大模型、机器人、无人配送、自动驾驶、芯片等多个领域的布局，通过投资月之暗面、智谱AI等大模型公司，以及入股宇树科技和银河通用等，构建AI生态产业链。
