A10 Networks acquired the assets and key personnel of firewall company ThreatX Protect, expanding its cybersecurity portfolio.
The acquisition has already closed, A10 said Wednesday. The security solutions company expects the purchase to be modestly accretive to A10's earnings per share in 2025. It doesn't represent a material change in 2025 outlook for A10.
ThreatX Protect specializes in providing web application firewalls, as attacks against web applications are on the rise, A10 said.
A10 has said it wants to expand its security portfolio to grow in the enterprise market.
Terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.
