长盈集团(控股)(00689.HK) 公布，配售协议所载之所有条件已获达成，而配售已于周三(12日)完成。据配售协议，合共9.52亿股配售股份(占公司紧随配售完成后之已发行股本约15.38%)，已按配售价每股配售股份0.017元配售予不少于六名独立承配人。
经扣除配售佣金及其他开支后，配售所得款项净额约为1,570万元。公司拟将配售所得款项约20%用于加拿大石油资产以钻探新油井及进行增产工程；约10%作为一般营运资金；以及约70%用于董事会认为符合公司利益之目前已识别及╱或不时展现的任何投资机会提供资金。(js/k)
