【中国订单激增推动复产，三星平泽晶圆代工全速恢复生产】金十数据2月13日讯， 三星电子晶圆代工（半导体委托生产）业务部近日解除对生产设备的“停机”状态，并计划最快于今年6月起，将位于平泽园区（P）的晶圆代工生产线运行率提升至最高水平。业内人士透露，此次恢复运行得益于三星电子系统LSI业务部智能手机应用处理器（AP）Exynos相关订单的增加以及中国地区加密货币矿机订单的扩展，从而带动整体产能恢复。
