金吾财讯 | 中远海能(01138)公告，董事会同意在中远海运重工所属船厂建造6艘油轮，项目总投资约34.96亿元（人民币，下同），有关议案须待股东批准。
据公告指，其中在大连中远海运重工建造2艘7.4万载重吨巴拿马型甲醇燃料预留原油/成品油轮，单船总投资约4.69亿元，在扬州中远海运重工建造2艘11.42万载重吨阿芙拉型甲醇双燃料原油轮，单船总投资约6.29亿元，以及建造2艘10.99万载重吨LR2型甲醇双燃料原油/成品油轮，单船总投资约6.5亿元。
