该物业位于北角港铁站上盖，由护老院租客承租多年，根据社署网页资料，目前拥有约129个宿位。该行投资部经理吴柏曦称，物业现时回报达8厘以上，买家看中高回报且具稳定收租能力的护老院物业，作长线投资。
原业主永伦集团于2021年12月以永伦北角有限公司购入物业，作价2.79亿元，持货逾三年，物业账面贬值1.72亿元或约61.6%。(da/u)
