新地(00016.HK) 自2019年推出The Point，至今约有逾300万登记会员，The Point首席执行官吴秀美表示，去年零售市道未见回升下，公司活跃会员逆市增约两成，反映集团旗下商场消费市道不俗，为回馈会员，年初推出VIP会员计划，会员只需12个月内累积消费满10万元即可升级成为VIP。
吴秀美又指，鉴于The Point会员群中电动车主人数日益增加，为了支持环境保护、社会责任和公司治理(ESG)原则，The Point从2023年起设立全港首创“以积分换领特快电动车60kW充电”服务，提供高达60kW充电，自服务推出至今，已在25个地点设立80个特快充电桩，遍布香港18区，包括新地商场、商业大厦，最新更扩展至西沙GO Park，来年目标继续增加特快充电站数量。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-12 16:25。)
