【Oracle创始人Larry Ellison提议统一美国数据供AI分析】2月13日消息，Oracle创始人Larry Ellison在迪拜世界政府峰会上表示，若要利用AI提升政府服务和安全，国家应将所有数据，包括空间、经济、电子健康记录（基因数据）、基础设施信息等整合到一个数据库中，以供AI分析。他认为这将改善医疗、农业和社会服务，并帮助政府打击欺诈。 Ellison去年曾公开支持实时监控，称由Oracle支持的AI系统可分析社会行为，让人们保持“最佳状态”。此外，Oracle正投资2.2GW超算数据中心，预计耗资500亿至1000亿美元，并参与5000亿美元的Stargate AI基建计划，进一步推动全球AI发展。
