联众(06899.HK) 公布，公司现管理层发现在现管理层管理前留下大量账款未能回收，继而开始持续推进该等账款的处置和回收工作。
公告指，考虑到该等账款形成较为久远、情况复杂且公司人员人力及专业能力有限等因素，公司除了靠内部人手外，亦委托了相关的资产处置及专业催收机构以协助完成该等账款的处置回收。截至周三(12日)，联众自2020年下半年至今共计回收账款金额逾6,000万元。
另外，应联众要求，其股份已自2024年3月28日起于联交所停牌，并将继续暂停买卖直至公司达成所有复牌指引、纠正导致其停牌的问题，以及全面遵守上市规则致令联交所满意。(js/w)
