消息面上，顺丰同城宣布已接入DeepSeek大模型。公司表示，基于大模型的接入，将进一步在用户需求偏好分析、商户运营策略、智能客服问答、配送流程及运力调度管理等全流程实现体验升级和效率提升。此外，顺丰同城此前发盈喜，截至2024年12月31日止年度，公司拥有人应占利润预期将同比取得不低于100%的增长。
花旗发布研报称，顺丰同城春节期间城内配送表现强劲，全场景订单同比增长72%，主要受超市、百货公司与茶饮等类别的增长所带动，再次巩固其领先地位，并显示其在关键客户商家中的市场份额持续扩大。展望今年，该行相信在消费场景(如旅游、送礼、节庆套餐及办公用途等)不断演变下，顺丰同城有望成为最大的受惠者之一。而随着公司去年盈利指引强劲，估计公司通过增长及利润率扩张方面有望将去年的增长动能延续至今年上半年。
