据Barron's引述消息人士称，美国最大银行摩根大通上周展开小规模裁员，少于1000人受到影响。

摩根大通，于周一启动了一系列裁员计划，部分美国员工已于周日收到裁员通知。此次是其在2025年全年裁员计划的一部分。

根据报道，摩根大通今年还将进行数次的裁员行动，分别在3月、5月、6月、8月、9月进行。据消息人士透露，在每一轮裁员中，并非所有业务领域都会受到影响。

摩根大通发言人回应称，经常检视及因应情况调整人手。

截止2024年底，摩根大通在全球的员工为 31.7233万人，较2023年底增加2.4%。

摩根大通在2024年的收入(managed revenue)为1,805.93亿美元(较2023年增加11.2%)，其净利润(归属于股东)为584.71亿美元(较2023年增加18.0%)，创下美国银行业历史记录。
