金吾财讯 | 灵宝黄金(03330)公布，于联交所买卖的H股份之每手买卖单位将由2000股H股更改为1000股H股，由3月6日上午9时正起生效。据公告指，根据昨天收市价5港元，现有每手买卖单位2000股H股之市值为1万港元，于更改每手买卖单位生效后，每手买卖单位1000股H股之市值将为5000港元。集团指出，更改每手买卖单位将降低每手买卖单位之价值，有助于增加H股流动性，并可扩大股东基础，且不会影响股东任何相关权利。
