据公告指，票据由美团(03690)发行，固定年利率4.5%，于2028年4月2日发行，发行价为票据本金额的99.635%，票据已于联交所上市。集团指，购买事项的资金来自内部资源，作投资用途，令其证券投资组合达致均衡，以及于可接受的风险范围内带来稳定回报。
