【上海：实施优化营商环境8.0版行动方案 支持经营主体健康发展】金十数据2月13日讯，记者从2月13日举行的2025年上海市推动经济持续回升向好政策举措新闻通气会上获悉，聚焦支持经营主体健康发展，上海将持续优化营商环境，保障企业用地需求，实施更具吸引力的人才政策，加强招商引资和企业服务一体化。其中，上海将实施优化营商环境8.0版行动方案，严格规范涉企行政检查，深化工业领域AEO（经认证的经营者）制度试点，对中低风险行政检查情境实施免检少检，开展清欠企业账款专项行动，落实国家工商业用地使用权到期续期政策，实施产业用地“保量控价”措施，加大企业引进人才支持力度。完善招商引资和产业扶持政策，加强招引项目全链条服务。
