智通财经获悉，2月15日，新世界发展(00017)旗下北角皇都项目启动首轮价单发售168伙单位，截至认购截止共录得逾7,800张登记，超额认购逾45倍，创今年新盘收票量新高。截至晚上6时半，今日价单销售的168伙单位，已全数沽清。
中原地产亚太区副主席兼住宅部总裁陈永杰表示，北角皇都项目录得五组大手成交，其中两组客户大手购入四伙，最大手客户斥资近5,200万港元购入6伙，当中包括5伙两房及1伙一房。现场已有多间大型银行进驻，为项目提供楼宇按揭服务，包括汇丰、恒生、中银香港、工银亚洲及渣打等。
北角皇都项目今日首轮价单销售的168伙，实用面积介乎321至726平方呎，包括44伙1房、122伙2房、2伙3房，价单定价由776.4万至2,614.4万港元，呎价由21,652至36,011港元，扣除最高22%折扣，折实价由605.5万至2,039.2万港元，折实呎价由16,888至28,088港元。
据了解，销售分四阶段推进，首阶段为招标买家X组，次阶段为可购9套的S组，后续依次为一般买家A组及B组。市场关注次轮加推动向。
