据了解，爱彼迎在第四季度实现营收24.8亿美元，同比增长12%，高于市场预期的24.3亿美元。净利润达到4.61亿美元，较去年同期亏损3.49亿美元实现显著改善。调整后每股盈利0.73美元，超出市场预期的0.59美元。

此外，爱彼迎第四季度订房数同比增长12%至1.11亿晚，订单金额达176亿美元，均优于市场预期。不过，公司对第一季度营收预期为22.3亿至22.7亿美元，略低于市场预期的23亿美元。
