2月8日，四川省宜宾市筠连县沐爱镇金坪村发生山体滑坡。灾情发生后，中国联通高度重视、快速响应，应急通信抢险队伍火速赶赴现场，全力开展通信抢险工作。

目前，中国联通四川省分公司已累计出动保障人员125人/次、车辆44辆/次、油机8台/次、卫星电话6部、高通量卫星便携基站6台、抢险光缆20KM。保障期间，中国联通四川省分公司为现场指挥部紧急开通10余套“随意联”无线上网终端、2台高通量卫星便携基站、1条专线、6个无线CPE，确保指挥通联顺畅；对受灾区域周边20余个基站进行紧急优化扩容，全力保障搜救队伍、新闻媒体、受灾群众安置点的公众通信需求；组建3支伴随保障分队共计6人，为各搜救点的消防、应急救援队伍和武警官兵提供伴随通信保障。

中国联通筠连县分公司第一时间成立抢险现场服务队，在筠连县城南营业厅及沐爱镇合作厅设置客服专席及专项服务电话，提供突发情况下通信服务保障免停机服务、寻亲服务、故障申报处理、网络服务等，准备药品、充电宝、充电线等供受灾群众使用。
