智通财经APP讯，吉利汽车(00175)发布公告，领克收购事项及领克注资事项的全部先决条件已达成，有关交易已于2025年2月14日完成。
于领克收购事项及领克注资事项完成后：1. 领克当前由宁波吉利拥有49%的权益及浙江极氪拥有51%的权益。2.领克已成为极氪的间接非全资附属公司及本公司的间接非全资附属公司。3.领克的财务业绩将分别于极氪集团及本集团的综合财务报表综合入账。
于领克收购事项完成后，估计本集团将录得未经审核收益约人民币64.7亿元(扣除税项、交易成本及其他惯常调整之前)。此收益乃源自领克的控制权发生变动，由合资公司转变为附属公司。收益指领克50%股权的公允值与先前所持领克权益(即50%股权)于2025年1月31日的账面值之间的差额。根据香港财务报告准则，此收益将于交易完成后在本集团综合财务报表内确认。
