新地(00016.HK) 旗下西沙综合发展项目第1A(2)期住宅发展项目正式命名为“SIERRA SEA”，将于首季推出。
新地副董事总经理雷霆表示，“SIERRA SEA”是集团历来最大型私人住宅项目，亦是集团2025年度的重头焦点。“西沙综合发展项目”占地逾670万平方呎，除住宅发展项目及“GO PARK”外，更包括社区设施及两所学校用地等，规模相等于3个香港维多利亚公园。
“SIERRA SEA”座落海映路8号，由4座大楼组成，提供781个住宅单位，现正申请预售楼花同意书。
另外，雷霆透露，集团今年将推出6个新盘，包括今个月底率先推售天水围“YOHO WEST PARKSIDE”，首季会销售西沙“SIERRA SEA”，而上半年亦会推出启德“天玺．天”2期，“天玺．海”2期，下半年则推售屯门“NOVO LAND”3A期，以及古洞项目第1期。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-13 12:25。)
