Greentown China Plans Offering of US Dollar Bonds

Greentown China Holdings (HKG:3900) plans to issue US dollar-denominated senior bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The total issue size is yet to be determined. The completion of the offering is subject to market conditions and investor interest, the filing stated.

Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Guotai Junan International, JP Morgan, Soochow Securities, and UBS are the deal's joint global coordinators, lead managers, and bookrunners.

The company's shares were up by over 2% in recent trade.
