Odaily星球日报讯 Strategy（前 MicroStrategy）创始人 Michael Saylor 于 X 发文表示，在交易的最初两周内，STRK 是表现最佳、流动性最强的永续优先证券（perpetual preferred security）。 此前消息，Strategy 的新可转换优先股 Strike（STRK）在纳斯达克上市。该公司提出了新的业绩目标，包括 2025 年比特币收益达到 100 亿美元，比特币收益率达到 15%。此外，该公司没有采用金融稳定会计委员会（FASB）规则，否则将避免 10 亿美元的减值损失。 目前为止，Strategy 已动用了 210 亿美元市值股票计划中的约 170 亿美元。在收益报告中，该公司暗示股票销售仅占总累计交易量的 2.9%，其中 11 月 11 日至 15 日的交易量占总交易量的比例为 7%。
