Newmark Group (NMRK) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.55 per share, up from $0.46 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.48.
Total revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $888.3 million, compared with $747.4 million a year earlier.
Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $790.8 million.
For the full-year 2025, the company said it expects adjusted earnings in the range of $1.40 to $1.50, on revenue of $2.90 billion to $3.10 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $1.41, on revenue of $3 billion.
Newmark's stock was up 1.3% in recent Friday premarket activity.
