2月14日，武汉蔚来能源有限公司（“蔚来能源”）与长城汽车股份有限公司（“长城汽车”）正式达成充电服务合作。蔚来能源充电网络面向长城汽车旗下哈弗、魏牌、欧拉、坦克4个品牌的用户开放，为其提供覆盖广泛、查询高效、使用便捷的充电服务。

根据合作协议，哈弗、魏牌、欧拉、坦克的用户可通过长城汽车App及车主App，在全国范围查找并使用蔚来能源充电桩，享受智能化的充电服务，充电体验和效率全面升级。

蔚来能源为用户提供从找桩到支付全流程智能化的充电服务。用户可通过蔚来App、加电App及蔚来车机，在全国范围实时查看蔚来能源充电桩的位置、价格、状态、使用情况、用户评价等信息，快速进行充电决策。蔚来能源充电桩枪线设计轻量化，单手即可轻松操作，并支持即插即充、免密和自动支付，充电体验便捷、智能、高效。

蔚来能源持续提速和加密充电桩和换电站网络建设。截至2月14日，蔚来能源已在全国建设3,113座换电站、25,467根充电桩，换电站、充电桩建成数量领先行业，建成9纵9横14大城市群高速换电网络，连通全国超700个城市，换电站覆盖全国近900个县级行政区，全国近50%的县级行政区建有蔚来能源充电桩，覆盖近1,300个县级行政区。蔚来能源充电桩日均可用率超99%，向全行业所有新能源用户开放，为全行业用户提供便捷、高效的加电体验，让油车能去的地方，电车都能去，用户去哪儿都方便。
