智通财经APP讯，中显智能齐家控股(08395)发布公告，于2025年2月14日(交易时段后)，卖方Qi-House Investment Group Limited(公司全资附属公司)与买方骏凌广告有限公司订立买卖协议，据此，卖方已同意出售及买方已同意购买销售股份(即目标公司香港意享世家国际贸易有限公司的全部股权)，现金代价为300万港元。
公告称，出售事项将减少目标公司财务表现恶化对公司的不利影响;及加强公司的现金流量状况，使公司能够将更多资源投放于其他经营分部，同时将进一步提高公司收入及市场声誉。此外，出售事项使公司能够变现现金资源，改善流动资金状况及加强公司财务状况。
