恒地(00012.HK) 长沙湾Belgravia Place第2期正式揭开销售部署序幕。恒基物业代理有限公司营业(一)部总经理林达民表示，第2期有机会于下周上载楼书，最有可能于本月内售楼。
林达民指，Belgravia Place两期合共提供约1,000伙单位。当中，第2期提供248伙，户型涵盖一房至三房，及少量特色单位。第2期主打两至三房，两房及三房共占约70%，而顶层特色单位的实用面积约800平方呎，附连500平方呎平台。他表示，项目户型适合市场变化，有信心可满足市场需求。
