智通财经APP获悉，港交所(00388)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.25%，报336.4港元，成交额40.19亿港元。
消息面上，2月14日，香港财经事务及库务局局长许正宇表示，香港证监会与港交所正在积极研究调整现有上市规则。香港希望为包括深圳企业在内的内地公司筹集资金提供进一步便利。香港证监会和香港交易所将在今年晚些时候宣布修改计划，旨在降低筹资门槛、优化市场结构及改善公司治理。
此外，美银证券表示，近期港股在科网股的引领下走势上扬，本轮这波上涨行情主要集中在2月春节过后，在此期间，三大指数分别上涨6%、8%和12%。此外，港股的日均成交额从去年12月的1420亿港元以及今年1月的1440亿港元，提升至2月至今的1910亿港元。如此强劲的日均成交额与港股的良好表现，对港交所形成了有力支撑，维持对港交所的“买入”评级，目标价设定为349港元。
