　　彭博引述消息人士称，来自贵州铜仁的电池原材料供货商中伟股份（300919.SZ）正与摩根士丹利、华泰证券合作，筹划在香港上市，计划募资4亿至5亿美元，但细节仍在讨论中。

　　已在A股上市的中伟股份周二发表公告，启动H股到香港上市的前期筹备工作，推动国际发展。

　　彭博报道，中伟股份是特斯拉（Tesla）、宁德时代等锂电池原料供货商。

　　中伟股份，作为一家专业的新能源材料综合服务商，主要从事锂电池正极材料前驱体的研发、生产、加工及销售，主要产品三元前驱体、四氧化三钴连续多年出货量稳居全球第一。公司自主开发的高电压四氧化三钴、高镍NCM、NCA等新能源材料跻身中国、欧美、日韩地区世界500强企业高端供应链，被广泛应用于3C、动力及储能领域。

　　中伟股份（300919.SZ），于2020年12月23日在深交所挂牌上市。
