Sun Hung Kai Properties (HKG:0016) is set to launch 781 units at its Sierra Sea project in Sai Sha, Hong Kong in the first quarter, The Standard reported Friday.
The project has an area of about 8.1 million square feet with 10,000 units on offer, the report said.
