First Ship Lease Trust to Sell Vessel to Unaffiliated Third Party

First Ship Lease Trust's (SGX:D8DU) wholly owned subsidiary, FSL-2, entered into a memorandum of agreement to sell the vessel Clyde Fisher to an unaffiliated third party, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The vessel is a 12,984 deadweight tonnage product tanker built in South Korea in 2005 and has been employed under bareboat charter.

The buyer has lodged a 10% deposit in escrow, the filing said.
