　　美团-W（03690）早盘上涨4.76%，现报167.30港元，成交额43.71亿港元。

　　消息面上，2月11日，京东外卖正式启动“品质堂食餐饮商家”招募，2025年5月1日前入驻的商家全年免佣金。瑞银发布研报称，京东在1月提出接管其即时配送公司达达，瑞银认为集团的目标还包括提升其即时零售业务的存库存单位（SKU）丰富度，更好地满足用户需求并提升用户体验。该行认为这是对其现有即时配送业务的补充，而非与美团正面竞争。

　　花旗表示，虽然此举可能在短期内对美团的外卖收入和单位经济效益带来一定压力，但鉴于订单量和交易转化率，相信餐饮商户仍会依赖美团平台。此外，美团旗下KeeTa率先进军香港中东。国信证券预计远期KeeTa香港+中东有望贡献年化利润可达50亿元体量。
