The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 51 cents per share.
The online business reviews company posted revenue of $362 million in the period, which also topped Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $350.7 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $132.9 million, or $1.88 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.41 billion.
Yelp expects full-year revenue in the range of $1.47 billion to $1.49 billion.
