智通财经APP讯，佐丹奴国际(00709)发布公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度的股东应占溢利预计2.05亿港元至2.25亿港元，金额较上一年度大幅减少。
公告称，溢利减少主要由于已于集团财政年度上半年的业绩中反映的多个因素所致，但其仍然对集团于期内的业绩造成影响，包括于财政年度上半年因公司按要求召开特别大会而产生的一次性非经常性及不可比较开支及因其相关业务的表现欠佳而导致分占南韩合营公司的溢利减少，加上公允值收益的减少、集团前任行政总裁的遣散待遇、大中华业绩表现欠佳、香港消费券计划的终止及缺乏租金补贴均影响了集团于整个财政年度的表现，亦影响了集团有关转型至“佐丹奴-超越界限”的五年策略的投资。尽管因开展策略后对集团于财政年度下半年的收入增长带来正面影响，并确保了集团稳定的经营费用，惟用于重振佐丹奴的品牌组合及重配渠道的经营费用有所增加，包括扩展集团线上销售的同时管理中国大陆的店铺营运整合。
