格隆汇2月14日｜据路透，黑石集团计划贷款约8亿美元，用于收购纽约市一栋50层办公大楼的股份。早前有报道指，涉及收购曼哈顿美洲大道1345号一栋大楼的大量股份，目前由摩根大通有关的投资者拥有该大楼49%的股份，而Fisher Brothers则拥有剩余的51%的股份。
