McPherson’s says ASIC has charged its chief executive Brett Charlton

The chief executive of beauty and wellness group McPherson’s has been charged by the corporate regulator for an alleged breach of corporation laws during his time running failed grocery marketplace IRExchange.

McPherson’s, which supplies well-known beauty products such as nail files and tweezers brand Manicare and skincare label Dr LeWinn’s, made the disclosure about Brett Charlton in a brief statement to investors.
