金吾财讯 | 中信建投表示，重点城市春节期间一二手房成交面积较去年同期上升。春节至今（1.29-2.7，初一至初十）重点29城一手房成交面积53.9万平，较去年农历同期增长63.4%。二手房方面，春节至今13个样本城市二手房成交面积55.5万方，较去年农历同期增长80.1%。百城新增供地同环比下降。本周百城新增宅地103.4万平，环比下降81.7%，同比下降78.9%。该行指，春节期间楼市延续止跌回稳态势，继续看好地产板块整体表现。今年春节期间重点城市一、二手房成交较去年同期大幅上升。重点城市新房成交面积较去年农历同期增长63%，二手房成交面积增长80%。百强房企1月销售金额2420亿元，同比下降5%，降幅较去年全年明显收窄。1月及春节期间楼市成交延续止跌回稳，看好重点布局于高能级城市的绩优房企及其关联物管公司。“并购六条”政策红利驱动，推荐转型类房企。扩内需政策频出，推荐优质商业地产公司。
