金吾财讯 | 中信建投表示,重点城市春节期间一二手房成交面积较去年同期上升。春节至今(1.29-2.7,初一至初十)重点29城一手房成交面积53.9万平,较去年农历同期增长63.4%。二手房方面,春节至今13个样本城市二手房成交面积55.5万方,较去年农历同期增长80.1%。百城新增供地同环比下降。本周百城新增宅地103.4万平,环比下降81.7%,同比下降78.9%。该行指,春节期间楼市延续止跌回稳态势,继续看好地产板块整体表现。今年春节期间重点城市一、二手房成交较去年同期大幅上升。重点城市新房成交面积较去年农历同期增长63%,二手房成交面积增长80%。百强房企1月销售金额2420亿元,同比下降5%,降幅较去年全年明显收窄。1月及春节期间楼市成交延续止跌回稳,看好重点布局于高能级城市的绩优房企及其关联物管公司。“并购六条”政策红利驱动,推荐转型类房企。扩内需政策频出,推荐优质商业地产公司。
