南戈壁(01878.HK) 公布，旗下位于蒙古的全资附属公司Southgobi Sands LLC于今年1月10日，收到蒙古税务争议解决委员会有关税务审计的决议。
据披露，蒙古税务争议解决委员会决定对Southgobi Sands LLC评估的税务罚款，重新评估金额由约 8,000万美元下调至2,650万美元。根据适用的蒙古法律，Southgobi Sands LLC有权于收到该决议日期起计30日期限内，就经修订重新评估结果向行政法院提出上诉。
南戈壁表示，经慎重考虑并咨询蒙古独立税务顾问后，该公司决定不在上诉期内就经修订重新评估结果向行政法院提出进一步上诉。因此，经修订重新评估结果将对该公司截至2024年12月31日止年度的财务报表产生影响。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
