兴证国际附属公司购永续证券 总代价约为1210万美元
兴证国际（06058）发布公告，董事会宣布，公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年1月20日和2025年2月14日分别在公开市场购买本金总额为1220万美元（相当于约9577万港元）的永续证券，总代价约为1210万美元（相当于约9496万港元）。此次购买事项构成须予披露交易，适用的百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此须遵守相关上市规则的申报及公告规定，但获得豁免遵守股东批准的规定。
此次购买的永续证券由CCCITreasure Limited发行，中国交通建设股份有限公司作为担保人，提供无条件且不可撤销的担保。该证券的本金总额为5亿美元，固定年利率为3.65%，并且没有到期日。购买事项的资金来源于公司的内部资源，董事会认为此次投资符合公司的整体利益，有助于实现证券投资组合的均衡及稳定回报。
