新浪科技讯 2月14日晚间消息，粉笔发布2024年全年业绩预告。报告显示，粉笔预计2024年收入不少于27.7亿元，净利润不少于2.3亿元，与上年同期的1.9亿元相比，大幅增长不少于19.3%，经调整净利润预期将不少于3.5亿元。

　　粉笔前期AI研发投入已进入价值兑现阶段，基于算法优势构建的技术护城河与规模化的商业闭环，正形成支撑业绩增长的飞轮效应。2025年是生成式AI规模化商用元年，相较于同业竞争者，粉笔依托十余年教研资源积累及前瞻性技术预研投入，已完成多款AI产品矩阵的商业化部署，在市场形成显著的卡位优势。据公开报道，2024年7月，粉笔上线自主研发的专注于职教行业的垂域大模型，紧接着推出基于此开发的“粉笔AI老师”，智能化辅助学习，内容覆盖行测、申论等科目。去年12月，粉笔精品面试AI点评产品上线，通过1：1模拟真实面试考场视频作答，AI老师全程引导，实现运营效率与用户体验的协同优化，充分验证了其在智能商业转型中的先发优势与竞争壁垒。

　　粉笔CEO张小龙此前强调，公司对AI的投入并非短期跟风，而是一以贯之，早在ChatGPT面世前就组建了专业算法团队，近年来更持续加码人才与算力投入。他表示，科技才是效率提升的王炸，呼吁行业聚焦垂直场景的产品创新与商业价值挖掘。（罗宁）
